Cancellation policy

Private customers as well as companies have the right to return products within 14 days, provided that the product has not been used, assembled, or advertised and that you have the original packaging (box, foil, etc.).

A product can only be returned if it has not been used, is in its original packaging without any signs of damage, and is not damaged in any way.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs.

Personalised sofas (change of size, fabric, colour) are excluded from the right of return. A personalised sofa is a sofa that differs from the standard sofa shown on the Monsoon website. Examples of this are different colours, different sizes or an individual combination in the configurator.

If you wish to cancel the contract, please contact us in writing (e.g. by e-mail) (monsoon.dein.moebel@gmail.com ). If you make use of this option, we will immediately send you a confirmation of receipt for such a cancellation (e.g. by e-mail).

Upon receipt, the product will be checked by the recipient;

Any soiling, damage or alteration of the product will be checked by the recipient. In the event of wear and tear during the period of use or damage, a return cannot be accepted or the buyer may not receive a full refund of the product.

OBJECT products cannot be returned (if they are damaged or if the product does not correspond to the one ordered). OBJECT products are made to order and cannot be returned.
